Kokomo...
Kokomo music video by Black Dice.
Absolutely wild.
Really dig some of the imagery, particurly the masking of video/commercials with hyper graphics.

Jacques Prévert...Pérvert?!
Jacques Prévert (February 4, 1900 - April 11, 1977)
was a French poet and screenwriter who participated actively
in the surrealist movement and was a member of the
Rue du Château group along with Raymond Queneau and
Marcel Duchamp.

so im really digging the style of late 70's to mid 80's nba.
back in primary school i played and watched old videos.
i found a blog with old images.
so i thought i could use them for a series.

Earth Vs The Flying Saucers
A wild video i found on someones tumblr.
Rare Residents music video, a treated film clip of sci-fi classic with Residents music , a presentation video to sell one of their ideas - Science Fiction's Greatest Hits. Never took off due to licensing issues - the idea of treating old film clips and backing with new audio and music finally came to fruition with Timmy clips.
Rad editing and introduction of 80s-esque animation.

Work by Hollis Brown Thornton...
Some amazing work linked to me by Stefhany.
Love the manual method used to crop and delete the subjects from the images.

All acrylic, pigment transfer on paper.

How to use the same process: http://www.hollisbrownthornton.com/information/transfer.htm

different porn scenes masked with amazing animations.
Diesel's SFW XXX Party Clip - Watch more Funny Videos
would like to go back and do some more rotoscoping.

Hidden Identity...
More images i've found or had lying in my back catalogue of found images that hide or alter the face of the subject in the photo.

The image above is similar to an image i did late last year.
I really like the added meaning of hiding someones identity.
But i think if i was to do something similar, I'd edit the image after it was taken rather than have the model/subect wearing a mask.
More like the polaroids by Stefhany Yepes.
